What would make someone speak these words and feel that it is ok to put it out in the public withoot any fair of negative consequences. This woman is not a random troll. You find those on every end of the political spectrum. No political party is immune from having them, but she is a professor at a prominent university. Is it any wonder that so many young people end up leaving college with their warped thinking of America. Race is everything to these people and they do everything in their power to keep the race baiting scheme going. This drivel is passed off as enlightenment. The fact that a lot of it is driven by white people themselves, gives these white liberals an opportunity to tweet their own horns and self righteously point at themselves saying “look at me.” I am a honest white person who can “speak truth to power. I am edgy. I am a champion of the down trodden. I deserve to be patted on the shoulder for being brave. 

Well the reality is that they are not brave. They are sychophantic leftist agitators trying to ingratiate themselves to the black community who, they believe will automatically love them for talking so “honestly” about white people. It is white virtue signalling of the highest order, and it is one of the main issues that is tearing the country apart. While these ignorant fools get to pat themselves on their own shoulders, the racial divide grows wider. This nonsense is thriving on one side of the political divide, the left and in the Democrat Party. This does not mean that on the conservative side people are intrinsically better. Far from it because the sinful nature is common in all human beings and across all political ideologies, but the truth is simply that it is the left engaging in this behavior. Former George Bush strategist and ABC chief political analyst Matthew Dowd who is now a solid anti-Trumper and solidly on the left side of politics had the following to say. Think about what this man is saying. Does this kind of thinking really help “people of color?” Does this kind of thinking lead to healing, or further divisions? This man is actually putting out this garbage, convinced that it is wisdom: 

1.  “Time for us white male Christians to take a step back and give power to others, and make ourselves dispensable.” Are you kidding? Are you kidding!?!? “I would humbly suggest that we as white male Christians take it upon ourselves to step back and give more people who don’t look like us access to the levers of power,”

2.  Here is Juanita Tolliver from the Center for American Progress Action. This is a prominent black female “A panel of eleven white Republicans opted to have a female shield protect them.”

Here is CNN commentator Simone Sanders, another black female talking about white men “Judge Kavanaugh was the patriachy and white male privilege on display.” In other words the white man needs to sit down and shut up. He has no right to be angry nor to defend himself as vigorously as he did, as people accuse him of being a sexual predator. Why? Because he is white. Let that soak in to your brain.

The following statement is from that paragon of virtue, also known as the porn lawyer extraordinairre, Michael Avenatti. Talking about the Kavanaugh, Blasey Ford Saga, he said “White men need to stop passing judgement on sexual assault victims.” So the merit of the case does not matter. What matters more than anything is skin color.

 Lest anyone is inclined to think that this is something new it is not. This new fad of openly bashing the white male has bee trending for a few years now. And it is to the point that many people now think that this is acceptable behavior. People like Roseanne Barr have to do pennance for the slightest hint of racism directed at blacks. Paula Dean”s career could come crashing down because she used the N word in 1993, politicians can be taken through the ringer for any slight that could be interpreted as being racist against black people. The news media will go to war over the most innocent statements deemed racist against black people, but when it comes to this blatant, open, viciousness directed at white people, this is tolerated as enlightenment. Some of these people on the left have even called for the lynching of white people, others have called for outright extermination of the white male. Again, not internet trolls, but public figures. Aahhh, the life of a Democrat politician. How sweet it must be to live the life of no accountability, and double standards are the norm. They can just make the rules as they go along and act like it is the most normal thing in the world, then they listen to the sound of crickets serenading them in the night. Consequences for actions??? Hah! Like in the movie Beowulf they shout their own name in arrogant defiance “I AM DEMOCRAT!” Here is an example, and keep in mind how they are dragging the name and character of Judge Kavanaugh through the mud. The girlfriend of Democratic Party Vice Chairman Keith Ellison, two years ago accused him of physical abuse. Her name is Karen Monahan, and her story was first made public when her son, Austin Monahan went public with the accusation. He posted the following on facebook; “In the middle of 2017, I was using my mom’s computer trying to download something and I clicked on a file, I found over 100 text and twitter messages and video almost 2 min long that showed Keith Ellison dragging my mama off the bed by her feet, screaming and calling her a “f**king b**ch” and telling her to get the f**k out of his house.” Of course, Mr. Ellison like everyone else deserves the presumption of innocence, but what is amazing is that the accusation never caused any fallout in the Democrat National Committee, nor did it create any kind of blowback from the media. Though there are indicators that the accusations may be credible, Ellison just continued to sail along. He was even chosen as the Democrat Party representative to run for the Minnesota State Attorney General’s office. But in the era of Fox News and other alternative media, the Democrats are finding it more difficult to just get away with their chicanery as they did before. Well after a bit of badgering by alternative media, the Democrat Party eventually conducted an internal investigation, and the following is the result of their probe. They said “An allegation standing alone is not necessarily sufficient to conclude that conduct occurred, particularly where the accusing party declines to produce supporting evidence that she herself asserts exists.” Well folks, there you go! There is more to the story, and though there are indicators that the allegations may be credible, in the absence of any clear evidence, Democrats always get the presumption of innocence and women do not have to be believed. Go on about your business folks. Nothing to see here.

To all the mind readers, go ahead and call out Trump and his racist, misogynistic tendencies for as long as you wish. Pretend that you have the power to go into his mind and determine that he hates black people, people of color, and women if that is what you want to do. Take his every word and scrutinize them, continue to nitpick and weed through them for the racist, misogynistic coding if that is what makes you happy. Go ahead and misinterpret everything that the man says in your effort to paint him as a racist, a misogynist or some other ist. In the end, Trump supporters will look at the things that he actually does, the effectiveness of his policies, and the way the he actually treats the citizens of this country. Despite the obsession to label Trump a racist, and a paint him as a white supremacist, or misogynist; it is the Democrat Party that continues to drive this country apart based on race and identity politics in general. After years of sitting back, taking the abuse and trying  to prove that they are not racists, misogynists or some other ist, conservatives must respond firmly to these mischaracterizations. In their latest effort to drive a wedge between groups and appeal to identity politics, let us observe the way the Democrat Party has been using these evil tools to influence the Supreme Court nomination process. Here are some prominent Democrats and their media allies (not random internet trolls) recently talking about Dr. Christine Ford’s appearance before the Senate Judiciary committee. 

1.  “Women across this nation should be outraged at what these white men senators are doing to this woman,” — Rep. John Garamendi, D-Calif.

2.  “You’re seeing on display a metaphor for what this party is, which is basically ignorant white men.” — “Morning Joe” contributor Donny Deutsch

3.  “The Republicans, it is 11 white men, talk to me about how you think the tone inside this hearing on Monday will be perceived?” — John Berman

4.  “These white men, old by the way, are not protecting women, they’re protecting a man who is probably guilty.” Joy Behar

4.  “I mean, the whole thing was such a pageant of, when people ask, what does white privilege mean? This is a pageant of it,” Bill Maher on Judge Kavanaugh defending himself before the judiciary committee.

5. “Um, I saw so many things. I saw a committee of white men be angry, and I wanted to say to them I take your anger and I raise you millions of women and decent men in this country who are also angry and furious.” America Ferrera on the View

6.  “millions of women felt like Dr. Ford spoke for them, spoke to them and stirred in their memories that we as white males don’t really fully understand and appreciate…ahh and if you have a group of eleven white men sitting there on the Republican side, you have to ask; do they get it.  Do they understand, or are they of the generation that understands.” CNN Analyst David Gergen.

7.  “Absolutely. And let’s face it, on the GOP side, you have older white men, only,  interviewing this woman. I think that, that is an optic that the GOP has to be very careful about.”

These examples are just a modicum of the things that Democrats say and advocate in their incessant propagation of identity politics. No mind reading or interpreting of these words is necessary. They are very clear. The race of these men render them incapable of being fair. The whites are the bad guys and everyone else is a victims. If you are a woman or black person seeing these attacks on the white male, you should be worried by this. It is not honesty or “speaking truth to power.” The truth is that in this sick game, women, blacks and minorities are just pawns in the effort by the Democrat Party to divide and conquer.  It is time to start aggressively calling out these Democrat race baiters for their destructive ideology. This constant appeal to race is nothing, but part of a divide and conquer strategy.

The news media often tries to pass this nonsense off as nuance, or being “woke.” But those of us who take the words of Dr. Martin Luther King seriously about judging people by the content of their character call it just what it is. Racism! When the main argument against a group of people is the color of their skin, that is called racism. When the main argument is their gender it is called sexism. No amount of pontificating will change that. So, to all of you mind readers out there; go ahead and divine racism in Trump and his supporters. In the meantime, the people who are interested in taking the country forward will continue to point to real instances of racism where it exists, and identify the perpetrators of it in the process.

Witness the evil Democratic Party machine as they conduct the Salem witch trial in the effort  to destroy the name, career and life of a man with whom they disagree politically. It is possible that the women who accused Judge Kavanaugh of sexual improrriety could be telling the truth. It is also possible that anyone reading this facebook post could be struck by lightning, but the likelihood of it happening is very slim. Observe the difference in the treatment of the two witnesses by the Democrats. Despite the Judge’s protestations, they continue to treat him like it is a given that he committed the alleged offense against Ms. Ford. Any man watching the unrelenting attacks on the Judge’s character should be concerned. If all it takes is a woman making an accusation of sexual impropriety against a man to destroy the good reputation he has built, then God help us all. In the era of me too, the presumption of innocence no longer matters. Evidence does not matter. “A woman must be believed” no matter how many holes may exist in her story. If the accused is a Republican or coservative, she should be believed more. 

As everyone tip toes around to protect the emotional sensibilities of the accuser, Judge Kavanaugh, the human being is considered to be fair game in this sickening display of personal destruction. The Republicans have bent over backwards to be accomodating to her in the effort to take her seriously, while giving her the opportunity to give voice to her story. They have conducted themselves with the decorum that is expected of anyone holding the positions of power that they do. The media and Democrats said that they were incapable of being fair because they are white men. So in order to avoid the charge of being unfair they hired a female prosecutor to ask  questions of Ms Ford. For doing that, they were called cowardly white men who hired a woman shield to do their dirty work. Using their famed mind reading powers, Democrats and the Media delved into the minds of the Republicans on the committee and determined that they do not really believe Ms. Ford’s story, even though they said that they believe something really did happen to her. They just believe that she is mistaken about judge Kavanaugh. The evil Democratic machine has been in full attack mode, spewing their vitriol agains the judge and the Republicans on the committee. It is the usual story. Everyone has heard it a million times before. Republicans hate women, they do not care about women’s pain. They are insensitive to the concerns of women, and on and on and…

In the midst of this highly charged hearing, it is easy to lose sight of the facts. The facts are these: Ms Ford says that she was at a party that was miles away from her home, but she does not recall how she got to the party, and who took here there. She does not remember all of the people who were at the party. The two people she cited as witnesses have each denied her that they even know whtat she is talking about, including her best friend, another female who she says was at the party. In fact, her friend claims that she never met Kavanaugh, neither was she ever at a party with him. Ms. Ford does not remember the the house she went to or the family whose home it was. She does not remember how she got home, who took her home or what time it was when she left the party. She does not remember the day, the momth, or the week of the party. In essence she claims that Judge Kavanaugh attempted to assault her sometime in 1982 with no other details except the details of the incident itself. The judge on the other hand has a detailed calendar of what he did in the summer of the year the alleged incident happened. He has names, events, days and times that he can refer to because of the calendar that he kept. Now that in itself does not prove anything, but it is a very crucial element of the whole story, and it is so much more than she has. When put together with all of the other facts and circumstances, based strictly on the evidence they have, not based on emotion; whose story is more likely to hold up under examination. Ms. Ford deserves compassion, but Judge Kavanaugh does not deserve to have his name dragged through the mud and be treated like a criminal the way it has been.

In the sick dystopian world of anti-Trump haters, it is n0w acceptable behavior to direct open hostility, scorn, sabotage and violent threats at the United States President and those who support him. We get it that some people could never support this President. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, in fact; that is a sign of a healthy Democracy. Go ahead and oppose the President, it is your right. Everyone does not have to love Trump. But the lines that people have been willig to cross since this man got elected is unbelievable. The same people who opposed the Tea Party for opposing the former President Obama, and labeled every bit of opposition to Barrack Obama as racist; these are the same people who are fine taking their open contempt for the current President to unprecedented levels of  absolute hatred. It is to the point where decent people cannot sit down, and have a meal in a Restaurant becaue they support Donald Trump. Two nights ago, for the sin of being a Republican and a conservative, Senator Ted Cruz was harassed and forced by Democrat Party agitators to leave a restaurant where he was having dinner with his wife. The next day a writer for a major media outlet expressed his joy at seeing the spectacle. Are people really ok with this? When did anything like this ever happen to President Obama and members of his cabinet?

President Obama was so cuddled and protected that when Glen Beck called Obama a racist for comments Obama had made,  every one called Beck a racist for calling Obama a racist. When a rodeo clown showed up wearing an Obama mask, just like he had done for other Presidents before Obama, the rodeo clown was mercilessly crucified in the media and became an out cast of society. All for making a little fun of Obama? When Newt Gingrich said that Obama engaged in “Kenyan anti colonial behavior” because of Obama’s fathers influence on his political views, Gingrich was called a racist. A congressman once used the term tar baby in the same sense that the term has been used for ages, but because he was talking of an issue that involved President Obama, the lying press said that he called Obama a tar baby. The congressman had to apologize. When Trump took the whole conspiracy kookery about Obama’s birth certificate up another level, Trump was not just labeled as silly, ridiculous or simply mocked for it, he was called a racist, even though the whole birth certificate conspiracy was started by a prominent black Democrat way back in 2008. Even a couple members of the Hillary Clinton campaign tried to make it an issue that same year also, but Trump is the only one who was labeled racist for it. People were called racist for criticizing Obamacare. When people criticized the all powerful IRS for literally targeting conservative groups politically, they were called racist. One MSNBC news anchor said that the IRS was the new N word. Saying that Obama lies, that he was privileged, or calling him angry, was all called racist. For crying out loud, the Republican Party was called racist because they said that they wanted to ensure that Barrack Obama only served one term, the same way that every party that loses the Presidency wants to see the Party that won serve one term. The media took an eight year hiatus, cuddling, nursing and protecting the great one from any kind of criticism and refusing to ask him  tough questions on any issue. It is to the point that Obama could say that his administration never had a scandal and the media stays silent.   

Observing the  stark difference in the treatment of Trump is absolutely amazing to watch now. The media and the people who insisted that Barrack Obama was the “DE MOHST DIS REE SPECTED PRESIDENT EVAH”  now have no problem with the hateful, and vile attacks that are constantly hurled at the current President of the United States. Maxine Waters admonishes her supporters openly to harass members of the President’s cabinet and his supporters. Sarah Silverman and a former Obama Administration official called for a military coup against the President. The former director of the CIA is openly calling for Federal agency heads to disobey direct orders of the President. Hillary Clinton who ran for President of the United States calls herself a part of the resistance. Think about that for a moment! Now imagine the shoe on the other foot if she had won, and Trump called himself part of the resistance. We’ve had Republican offices bombed in violent attacks and these incidents are not considered as news worthy as a silly Trump tweet. Democratic Rep. Ruben Gallego says ICE agents will not be safe once Trump is out of office and the Governor of New York refers to ICE agents as thugs.  The response is “ho hum,” no big deal. Comedians joke that the President sexually desires his daughter, while one Hollywood actor wishes sexual molestation on the President’s eleven year old son. 

In this current environment that so many people seem to be fine with, wearing a hat with the letters MAGA comes with a risk of violence being perpetrated against the wearer. People working within the Government confess to purposely sabotaging the President’s agenda from their official positions in Government, and there is no uproar over it.  The list of this behavior continues. Can anyone point to any similar behavior by the right toward the great one or any other Democrat administration. The unhinged behavior by the Democratic Party, and the left continues unabated. In the meantime so much of the good things that are happening all over the country and in the world are being ignored. Painting Trump as a white supremacist, and trying to portray his supporters as Nazis is more important, and in the process real racism gets diminished. This craziness and the raw hatred that is energizing the anti Trump train it is absolutely incredible to watch.

Senator Masie Hirono loudly declared to the men of this country to “shut up and step up.” Who does this woman think she is? No one in the media will confront her on that outrageous statement. If you are a man witnessing the current madness taking place in the Senate you should be scared. Could Professor Ford, the woman who brought the accusation against Judge Kavanaugh be telling the truth? Anything is possible, but the rush to judgement to condemn this man who has lived such an exemplary life should be taken as a warning to every male, as the man hating left continues in their spiral to the bottom. This is your modern Democratic Party ladies and gentlemen. Observe as this man’s name is dragged through the mud by people whose main purpose is to protect abortion. They have no reservations about destroying his character before all of the facts even come out about what the accusations against him are. Nothing in the man’s past matches with the depiction of him as a monster that the evil Democratic machine has conjured up in the effort to derail his nomination to the Supreme court. Be very worried indeed if you are a man observing this. Regardless of how it turns out, it is clear that in the world of Democratic Party identity politics; women can do no wrong and any railing accusation that is brought against a man who is a Republican or conservative, no matter how unseemly the charges, the woman is “to be believed.” Circumstances, evidence, facts be damned. What is most important, is that she is a woman and he is a man. 

How many times before have we seen this behavior by players in the Democrat Party? What does it take for people to wake up to the nefarious  nature of so many in the leadership of this political gangster party? Think about what is happening here for one moment. A man who has led a stellar and exemplary life of integrity, out of the blue he is accused of attempted rape from over 35 years ago by a woman who says she does not remember the year, the time, the place, who was at the party or any key details when the alleged incident occurred. The one witness that she says was there when the alleged incident happened denies her claims. No one else knows of the incident and the judge “categorically and unequivocally” denies that it happened. 

The Senate committee is going about their procedures concerning this matter the right way. They are treating Professor Ford with respect while trying to move the process along. All of the concessions that they have made so far have been rejected, and after Professor Ford ignored the deadline to indicate whether or not she is willing to testify before the committee, they extended the deadline again. Despite the committee maintaining the decorum that we expect in these situations they are being accused of “bullying” Professor Ford. What is this madness? No one on the committee has made any derogatory statements about her. The Republicans in Congress have been circumspect in their response to her accusations. They have not accused her of lying, or made any statements about who they believe, and they have made it clear that she deserves to be heard, yet the charges of bullying continue to be made. The same treatment is not being meted out by the other side though. They have already decided that Judge Kavanaugh is guilty. The accusation in itself is serious enough, and every attempt should be made to get to the bottom of it, but the Democrats are just tearing this decent man’s character to shreds without even giving him a chance to answer the charges. And the brainless Hollywood elites are in lockstep claiming that they “believe Professor Ford.” All of this, based on nothing but her gender. Women must be believed they say. No! Women must be heard, their claims taken seriously, and then based on the merits proceed from there. 

We are witnessing the decimation of  a man’s good name by the political Mafiosi who have absolutely no problem destroying his character. This behavior is acceptable because male bashing (especially if is a white male being bashed) is somehow seen as virtuous on the left and the Democratic Party. If you are fine with this behavior simply because you are a Democrat, would you feel the same way if it were your son, your brother, your father or your friend in a similar situation? Then a pompous, blow hard, arrogant, self serving Senator from Hawaii looking to increase her political profile tells all men in the country to “shut up and step up.”

Yesterday the principal of J.H. Mc Gaugh Elementary School in Seal Beach California Roni Burns-Ellis found herself in hot water for calling Colin Kaepernick an Anti American thug. That comment was enough for the race pimps to come out in full force and immediately start crying racism. It is no secret that Americans on the left and in the Democratic Party just love the race card, and when they get a chance to ride the race horse they jump on it with their spurs and ride it to death. Race is the favorite tool of the left. In their world, every negative experience that a black person         has is because of racism. For them it is impossible to be a jerk to a black person without being a racist, no siree.  Well, back to the school principal. She called Kaepernick a thugh and she got raked over the coals for it. Parents called for her to be fired.  A petition was circulated and garnered over two thousand signatures calling for her dismissal. The mind readers, with their       capability to delve deep into people’s conciousness and decipher the thoughts of human beings said that it is obvious that she has “racist views on blacks.” It is not that her response was a bit over the top, inappropriate, absurd or anything like that. It is that she is a racist. 

Everything that she has done in her life up to that time does not matter. Her view that Colin Kaepernick is a thug nullifies her work as a school principal, and any good work she has ever done in her life no longer matters. She is a racist. She now deserves to lose her job and be      banished to a life of regret for calling a black man a thug. One parent said “now, I want to know, do you guys honestly think this woman could give fair treatment to black students? I’m just curious. Would you trust your kids under her care? Would you trust her to give a good example to all students on how to treat one another equally? I think not. Which to me, means she should lose her job.” Welcome to the dystopian world of the left. It is a dark, cynical, unpleasant place where no joy exists. In this world people thrive on grievance, they are fueled by hate, and intolerance   popels them. They wake up every morning with their favorite list of grievances, and with great gusto; they seek out people on whom they can pin them. Racist, they cry, sexist, misogynist, xenophobe, homphobe, islamophobe. Discussing the issues then become unnecessary because who wants to discuss anything with an ist or a phobe? 

Ok, lets get back on track…the school principal. Now it is perfectly legitimate to disagree with her assertion that Colin Kapernick is a thug, but, for goodness sake; does everything have to be about race. Do people really believer that this one comment renders this woman incapable of being fair to black children? Really…come on…! Now lets compare her words to Colin  Kaepernicks words and actions. This is what she said: When Nike signs an anti-American thug to represent their brand, I will not support, wear, purchase, or endorse their product. By-bye Nike.” This is what Colin Kaepernick said:“I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses Black people and people of color. To me, this is bigger than football and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.” So we have Kaepernick’s statement  about America, he thinks that it is an oppressive society. We have his statement about the police, his depiction of the police as slaughter animals (pigs), his wearing a T-shirt of the mass murdering dictator Fidel Castro who jails political opponents and people of faith for their beliefs, and literally treats black people as second class citizens. And of course we have Kaepernick’s association with the “charity” that bears the name of the convicted cop killer Assata Shakur who escaped from prison in a daring breakout, fled to Cuba and is on the FBI’s most wanted list. By the way, nothig said here about Kaepernick is an opinion. The claims can be empirically verified. Compare him to the principal who referred to him as a thug. Now, compare the reactions to the both of them. Kaepernick is considered to be a hero, a freedom fighter in the same light as Medgar Evers, Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King. The woman is considered to be a racist. There you go! America 2018.

To white leftists everywhere who insist on treating black people as your experimental pet project to help yourself feel good, STOP IT! You are doing black people no favors with your insistence that they always need you to be their champion coming to their defense. This is particularly unhelpful when you turn every issue that black people face into a race war.  Find some other way to deal with your white guilt, apart from riding on the backs of black people. Your soft bigotry of low expectations is a major reason that too many black people continue to portray themselves as victims. In the last few days you did it again with another high profile black American. 

Serena Williams is a talented, athletic, competitive, fierce, successful tennis player who has changed the game in ways that few ever believed she could do. The story of she and her sister is a feel good American story that is an inspiration to many. She has parlayed her success on the court into success in the world of business where she has a popular fashion line. She has influence and name recognition that only few ever achieve, but in the wake of her meltdown at last week’s U.S. women’s open final, Serena Williams became another victim. Everyone was rooting for her to win the title, but for some reason the pressure got to her, and she could not muster enough of her game to get the job done. What happened to her was not the umpire’s fault. The man was simply enforcing the rules. Serena’s coach was giving in-game coaching, against the rules, and she was penalized for it. She should be angry at her coach, not the umpire. In addition she acted like a complete jerk towards the umpire. She is the John McEnro of the women’s circuit. 

People like Serena Williams are super competitive and it is one of the reasons why they are so successful, but  they sometimes allow that competitive drive to get the best of them. That is what happened in this case and she should own up to it. She acted like a petulant child and she was disrespectful and abusive to the umpire. She berated him by calling him a liar and a thief, and she took away from what should have been a moment in the sun for the young upstart who got the better of her that day. One would figure that by the time the match was over, and the raw emotions of the moment had dissipated, that she would show some humility and be a little more gracious. No such luck, instead she took time to turn the incident into a so called women’s rights issue. She immediately went from tennis player to champion of the down trodden. She continued the tirade that she started on the court, refusing to accept any responsibility for her actions and blaming everything that happened to her on the court on sexism. She claimed to be fighting for “women’s rights” even though her coach admitted after the match that he was coaching her during the game. He said that “all coaches did it” to lend credence to Williams’ claim that she is a victim. Solid argument, right? 

This umpire is known as a stickler for the rules, and maybe he could have been a bit more incremental in his response, but in the end it was Williams  and her coach’s fault for the penalty she received. Playing the victim after the match was an even more pathetic display. She may think that it makes her look strong for standing up to “the man,” and in the eyes of social justice warriors everywhere she probably did. Many others would say that type of reaction makes her look weak. Whining and playing the victim is not a sign of strength.  By claiming sexism, she is also attacking the character of a man who was guilty of nothing more than doing his job. She played just the sexism card, but white leftists with their guilt complex, who  have to show that they are woke, and feel that they always have to hold black people to a lower standard, jumped in the fray to declare that it was not only sexism, but racism in play.

Mika Brzezinski criticized Williams for her behavior and she was taken to task in the twittersphere because of course, to many, Mika was showing racial animus toward the black woman who is incabable of withstanding some criticism. It always comes down to race with these people. It is as though nothing ever happens to a black person for any other reason but racism. An Australian newspaper did a couple caricatures of Williams and the defenders of black people everywhere came out in disgust to protest the “blatant racism” of the cartoonist, because, in their eyes; the cartoon played to stereotypes of black people. The National Association of Black Journalists called the cartoon “repugnant on many levels.” No it was making fun of her for acting the way she did, that’s it. She is not exempt because she is black or female. Serana Williams is a great American athlete. There are many other reason’s to admire her, but she’s been an awful sport before. That was one of those moments. She is a grown woman. There is absolutely no need to cuddle her because she is a woman or because she is black. She is no victim. 

Tyler Perry is a breath of fresh air. He has an amazing story of rising from poverty and homelessness to become a Hollywood succes story. His films are always inspirational and well known, and his live performances are always sold out. The man is pure gold. He is a great example of what is possible when an individual is determined to succeed, and takes advantage of the opportunities that are available for use. In the last couple of days he has proven to be even more impressive as a humanitarian and seeker of justice. He has gotten involved in a cold case involving two men who dissappeared about fifteen years ago under suspicious circumstacnces. The two men, one black, and one a Mexico immigrant were were last seen with the same Police deputy from the Collier Police Department in Naples Florida before their disappearance. Both men, Terrance Williams and Felipe Santos were last seen with deputy Steve Calkin who is the only suspect in the case. He gave conflicting accounts of what transpired the last time they were seen. He was investigated and cleared of any wrong doing in each case, but was fired from the departent for providing contradictory information, and not cooperating fully with the investigation. It is must be heart wrenching for the men’s families.

Marcia Williams, the mother of Terrance Williams never gave up in the search for justice for her son. Due to her persistence, she managed to get the attention of Tyler Perry who took an interest in the case. After learning more about the case, Perry decided to add his voice and celebrity to the cause to draw attention and assist in resolving it. In an interview with Good Morning America Tyler Perry spoke to the hosts about his interest in the case, and he shared some really deep insight on the pursuit of justice for Terrance and Felipe. It was a welcome sound to hear Mr. Perry give his reason for getting involved in the case and offering a $200,000 reward for credible information on the men. He made a simple yet profound statement and said that it is not “a black and white issue,”  it is “not about us against the police.” Finally! A celebrity getting involved in one of these cases, and not immediately turning it into a side show of the cops and the system being against and out to get black people. Perry reiterated that the Police have been “fantastic” and “want justice” just like he does. He said “everything has become about race…this is not a black or white issue, this is about justice…I want us to get away from everything being black or white.” Plaudits to Mr. Perry for not letting the search for justice descend into a race pimping affair. He identified an apparent injustice that may have been committed against these young men, he is helping their families and working with the police department in the pursuit of justice. 

When a family loses  a loved one to police brutality, there is nothing that anyone can say to ease the pain that the family suffers at the loss. It is no comfort to say to that family that the police are not all bad, and that the family’s lost loved one is just an isolated incident. That does not matter. Seeking and getting justice is the only important thing. As Tyler Perry said “it is a matter of justice.” Seeking justice is what should happen in all of these incidents. These incidens unfortunately often get portrayed as black people against the police. Mr. Perry is careful to avoid that mistake even though he has coordinated with America’s supreme race hustler Al Sharpton. He and the police have the same goal which is finding justice for these two men, and not turning it into a race war against the police because that is not helpful to the family either. If these men suffered an untimely death at the hands of a rogue police officer, then no effort should be spared in bringing that police officer to justice. In addition, every effort must be made to eliminate whatever led to the violence perpetrated against a citizen, committed in the ultimate betrayal of trust by an individual who is supposed to protect and serve. Even if this incident turns out to be about race, it is not about black people against the police. It is about a racist policeman against Terrance Williams, Felipe Santos and his family. We live in an imperfect world and things often go wrong, even with all of the protections that are in place to guard against them. Thank you Tyler Perry for keeping the focus where it needs to be, on finding justice not stirring racial discontent.
